Bishop Michael Hopewell is a dedicated pastor, compassionate leader, and successful entrepreneur. As the pastor of New Water Church, he has shepherded his congregation with wisdom and grace, fostering a strong community of faith and support. His leadership extends beyond the pulpit, as he is also the owner of We Care Academy One and Two, where he provides exceptional educational environments for children.

Bishop Hopewell\'s visionary spirit shines through in his establishment of the Well of Hope Thrift Store and Foodbank. This initiative reflects his deep commitment to serving those in need, offering essential resources and hope to families facing difficult times. His dedication to health and wellness, food provision, and securing assistance for homeless individuals and families is evident through his role as the President of Word Keepers of Clermont, FL, and his directorship of the Well of Hope Food Bank.

With extensive experience in assisting the homeless, emotionally disadvantaged, and food-insecure populations, Bishop Hopewell brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to his work. His education from Lorain Community College in Elyria, Ohio, with training in bookkeeping, computer skills, and accounting, as well as his high school diploma from Clearview High School in Lorain, Ohio, has equipped him with the skills to manage and expand his various initiatives effectively.

His personal journey as a pastor of New Water Church in Clermont, Florida, from 2004 to current, and as the President of Word Keepers of Clermont, FL Inc., a 501(c) nonprofit corporation, from 2008 to current, demonstrates his long-standing commitment to his community. As a member of the South Lake Food Providers and the owner of We Care Child Care in Clermont, Florida, since 2015, Bishop Hopewell continues to impact lives positively. Bishop Michael Hopewell is not only a spiritual leader but also a father and entrepreneur whose life’s work exemplifies the power of faith, service, and dedication to the well-being of others.

Pastor Christine Hopewell serves as the Assistant Pastor of New Water Church, where her dedication and passion for ministry have touched countless lives. She is not only a spiritual leader but also a dynamic entrepreneur. As the owner of We Care Academy One and Two, she provides nurturing and educational environments for children, ensuring they have the foundation to succeed. Her commitment to serving the community extends beyond education. Pastor Hopewell is the visionary behind Well of Hope Thrift Store and Foodbank, a mission-driven initiative aimed at supporting families in need. Through this endeavor, she has created a beacon of hope, offering essential resources and uplifting those facing challenging times. Balancing her roles as a minister, mother, and entrepreneur, Pastor Hopewell exemplifies the power of faith and hard work. Her multifaceted contributions to both her church and the broader community demonstrate her unwavering dedication to service and her deep compassion for others.

Minister Mary H. Hadley is an ordained minister from Word and Faith Fellowship in Baltimore, Maryland, and currently serves as an ordained minister and assistant pastor at New Water Church of Faith in Davenport, Florida. She has also been the Minister of Music at New Water Church of Faith since 2007. Born in August 1950 in Baltimore, Maryland, Mary brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her roles, contributing significantly to the spiritual and musical life of the church community.

God blessed Mary and her late husband, Calvin, with five beautiful, God-fearing children, now aged 45-50 years old. All of her children live in Baltimore, Maryland, except for her firstborn son, who is actively involved in the Men’s Fellowship and the band at New Water Church of Faith in Florida. Her sixth child has been with his father, Pastor Calvin, in Heaven since 1994.

5-Fold Ministry Focus: Pastor & Teacher

Minister Shawndel Hadley has been an integral part of New Water Church of Faith since 2008, serving as an ordained minister and acknowledged as a prophetess in 2011. She is dedicated to teaching, preaching, and leading prophetic intercessory prayers. Minister Hadley studied at the Apostolic Christian College at CRL in Baltimore, MD, which greatly shaped her journey in ministry. She is passionate about outreach, women’s fellowship, and organizing church trips. Although she and Elder Hadley have enjoyed ministering to couples, they have not officially led a marriage ministry. Believing that the joy of the Lord is her strength (Nehemiah 8:10), she brings this joy into her ministry, providing support and spiritual guidance to the congregation. Additionally, Minister Shawndel is the owner of Blissful Baskets Plus LLC. She is committed to fostering a welcoming and spiritually enriching environment at New Water Church of Faith. Minister Anton Roberts is a dedicated Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ at New Water Church of Faith. With a calling to be an evangelist and a mandate to pastor, he believes that God has placed him here to make disciples and equip them to do the same.

Minister Roberts has pursued some college coursework in human services, which has enriched his understanding and approach to ministry. He is blessed with a supportive family, including his wife, Juanesha Roberts, his son, Jeremiah Roberts, and his daughter, Aniyah. He is also supported by his aunt, Sandra Roberts, and his cousin, Maleik.

Called to be an evangelist with the mandate of a pastor, Minister Roberts is passionate about spreading the Gospel and equipping others to become disciples. He is committed to nurturing and growing the faith of the congregation, believing firmly in the mission to go out and make disciples of all nations.

5-Fold Ministry Focus: Pastor & Evangelist

Min. Dr. Ann Ingraham, born in Kingston, Jamaica, accepted Jesus as her Savior at the age of 15. She holds a Ph.D. in business administration with a focus on engineering and technology management. An accomplished author, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur, Dr. Ingraham has been married for over 30 years and has served in the U.S. Army alongside her husband.

Dr. Ingraham was licensed as an Evangelist in 2009 at Tacoma Christian Center. She also served on the deaf ministry praise team at El Shaddai Ministries in Sumner, WA. On August 6, 2023, she was ordained at New Water Church of Faith by Pastor Michael Hopewell. In a previous divine assignment, she led her non-profit, Eden Citadel Empowerment Association, to Kenya, where she taught disadvantaged women how to do business based on biblical principles. In her current season, Dr. Ingraham is focused on serving locally within her church and preparing a “Goshen” as described in Genesis 45:10-11, embracing the Joseph Mantle.

Dr. Ingraham believes in her God-given leadership spirit and the calling to be a Kingdom ambassador, living under the rulership of Heaven (Philippians 3:20; 2 Corinthians 5:20). Her mission is to obey God’s calling, focusing on global technological transformation for Kingdom purposes, teaching, and prophetic ministry. She seeks collaboration with God-fearing leaders to advance the Kingdom of God, supporting evangelism, education, and risk management during these prophetic end-times.

Dr. Ingraham’s ministry includes Kingdom Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Innovation and Technology for Kingdom purposes. She firmly believes in the one true God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Jesus as the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit as comforter and guide. Emphasizing obedience to God’s will, she encourages others to “Stop and Listen” and “Hear and Obey” (Psalm 46:11; Deuteronomy 6:4).
